Breckenridge, Colorado - Whether you love to ski, kayak, cycle, snowboard, hike, golf, shop or fish, you'll never be bored...

We decided to purchase a condo there after spending three summer vacations visiting this Victorian town in the heart of the Colorado Rockies. Our two-bedroom, two-bath fully furnished Marriott quality condo is located just five minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Since we're both still working full time, it's clear we can only spend a few weeks a year there... for now. But that means we can make it available to friends during the 49 weeks we're not there!

The Area

Located about 70 miles west of Denver and about 9,500 feet above sea level, Brekenridge is about nine miles south of interstate 70 and within a 20 minute drive of Vail, Copper Mountain, Beaver Creek, and Keystone ski areas.

Our Condo

Our Swan's Nest condo sleeps eight, and it's like a second home. All you need to bring is food!
You can hear the whisper of a year-round mountain creek from the living room and master bedroom or follow it to the jacuzzi.

Site Seeing

For the sightseer, there's the Georgetown Loop steam engine railway, tours of the Lebanon silver mine, and trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, or even Denver.
