Reservation Policy
The following applies to all reservations:

• A 50% advance lodging deposit is required 30 days prior. The account balance is due at departure. We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express, personal checks, traveler checks, or money orders for payments. A $25 cancellation fee applies to all canceled or reduced stays. The cancellation fee increases to 50% for cancellations or reductions within 30 days of arrival.
• When 3 or more properties are reserved by one party, a 60 day notice is required to avoid the increased fee for cancellations or reductions.
